Workshops & Assessments
Project Management Fundamentals: This program provides an overall review of project management, its benefits and key applications. We will discuss launching a project effectively by focusing the project team on measurable goals and objectives; using techniques to facilitate communication and decision-making; applying project management techniques such as work breakdown structures and project networks to your work, and finally, understanding basic risk management principles and the project control process.
Values Assessment: The Values Assessment helps you identify your “Why”. When you are clear about what your values are, it is easy to understand your drivers and motivations for doing things. You can actively build your decisions, actions, and vision for a better you, a better career or life around them. Through a facilitated process, you will discover knowing your values can act as your compass to help give direction to what, how and why you do what you do every day.
Career & Life Wheel: Commonly used by professional life & career coaches, it helps you consider each area of your life or work and assess where you are at. It helps you identify where you would like to give priority and areas that need more attention. The Wheel is a powerful tool to give you a vivid visual representation of the way your life or work is currently, compared to what you’d ideally like it to be. Our professionally certified coaches can help you identify gaps in the wheel, and map out action plans to get you where you want or need to be.

In the fall of last year, I found myself at a crossroad. I was very unhappy at work, I was not motivated and was really wondering what was happening to me. I had a brief conversation with Brad and he said he could help me with my career goals and help guide me through the right path. I had a great experience working with Brad. He helped me put together an effective plan to execute my goals. He helped me identify my strengths and weaknesses. These exercises helped me to see through what I was capable of doing and to work on my skills that needed a little honing. Brad is very personable and a good listener. He is very easy to talk to and provides great insight. Brad’s coaching helped me better manage my time, get motivated, be more productive and build confidence.

Brad is an outstanding professional coach and I’ve benefited from our coaching meetings for several years. His experiences in the business world seem to help him develop very insightful questions that make me think about things from a different direction. Our conversations are impactful, which have led me to think about different business opportunities that I may not have thought about on my own.

Working with a professional coach provided me with a tool to work through various career roadblocks by learning how to strip away all of the “noise” that can impede a participant from making a decision. With this new-found tool, I was able to determine that my fear of being too busy with life commitments to continue my education was just an emotion and not a reality.
