Workshop & Assessments

Workshops:  (between 5-25 people)   on-site only       half day: $1,800.00         full day: $2,500.00

Project Management: This workshop covers the broad strokes of Project Management and how to apply those processes to an office, agency or group environment. Topics covered include knowledge areas and process groups, planning, build-up, implementation and the closing out a project.

360 Degree Feedback :   The 360 Degree Feedback solicits feedback regarding an employee’s behavior from a variety of points of view (subordinate, lateral, and supervisory). Organizations have most commonly utilized 360-degree feedback for developmental purposes, providing it to employees to assist them in developing work skills and behaviors. However, organizations are increasingly using 360-degree feedback in performance evaluations and employment decisions. When 360-degree feedback is used for performance evaluation purposes, it is sometimes called a “360-degree review.”

ADKAR :   ADKAR is a research-based, individual change model that represents the five milestones an individual must achieve in order to change successfully. ADKAR creates a powerful internal language for change and gives leaders a framework for helping people embrace and adopt changes.  Change is often a complex and difficult process, and – what’s more – it is inevitable. Managing change on the personal and organizational level requires new thinking, new models for change and new frameworks and tools to enable the smooth implementation of the desired change. ADKAR can be applied to a wide variety of changes to drive change success.  ADKAR outlines the individual’s successful journey through change. Each step of the model also naturally fits into the typical activities associated with change management.
