Casey started his leadership development journey 17 years ago as Airman in the United States Air Force.  Since then, he has worked with organizations and individuals to help develop hundreds of leaders from diverse backgrounds and industries.  As a certified executive coach, speaker, and consultant in the field of organizational and leadership development, Casey knows that organizations thrive with great leaders. He’s devoted to partnering with clients to maximize their influential leadership capabilities, both personally and professionally and is a trusted partner that helps leaders improve their effectiveness, increase their confidence, and strategizes with them to create results oriented action plans.

Casey’s coaching philosophy is simple.  We all have the power to maximize our potential and deliver peak performance—in all aspects—when we have a trusted partner to help us define goals, create action plans, and deliver results. In his coaching practice, he goes above and beyond for his clients to ensure they have the opportunity for unlimited growth in whatever they choose to endeavor. Finally, he believes in using metrics to measure success.  Although these metrics may be different depending on the client, they are an excellent resource for ensuring accountability and success.

Casey’s coaching process was developed using two methodologies.  First, as an International Coach Federation (ICF) member, he adheres to the 11 core competencies of coaching.  Additionally, he relies on fundamentals learned in the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute (Haas School of Business) based on trust, empathy, and accountability. In his practice, he uses the TGROW model developed by business coaches Graham Alexander, Alan Fine, and Sir John Whitmore.  Casey also uses the Focus Model developed by Master Coach Myles Downey and various other techniques designed for expedient goal setting and attainment.
