Julia has navigated the marketing and business development corporate waters for over 20 years and served as a senior level leader for several large business entities. As a result, she brings a wealth of leadership knowledge and expertise in change management within multiple offices and divisions, located in geographically diverse locations. Julia has worked in a variety of industries which include higher education, real estate, media, six sigma leadership training, architecture, engineering, and construction.
She is now using this business acumen and workplace knowledge as an Executive Coach, Workshop Facilitator and Trainer. Julia works with executive leaders who want to improve their professional performance and resolve conflicts. She also assists teams in identifying and implementing process improvements and provides communications training. Workshop: Active Listening
Listening is a leadership responsibility and often doesn’t appear in our job descriptions. As our careers develop, we perfect our craft and ultimately become the experts in our field, having all the answers, and then we migrate to leading teams, managing and directing them. As leaders, we must balance our intensity and desire to perform with compassionate attention to our employees and those we work with. Today’s employees want their voices heard. What they are really saying is, not just hear them, but really listen to them. As employees seek more attention, feedback and support, leaders must be mindful of each employee’s individual needs to inspire their professional development and impact their overall professional performance. Statistics show that leaders who actively listen are able to create trustworthy relationships that are transparent and loyal – leading to a more engaged and motivated workforce. In this workshop you will learn the six skills of active listening, why they are important to your success as a leader, and how to make active listening a part of every conversation. Leaders who embrace the high art of listening are destined to be more successfully compassionate leaders.

Career & Life Wheel Commonly used by professional life & career coaches, it helps you consider each area of your life or work and assess where you are at. It helps you identify where you would like to give priority and areas that need more attention. The Wheel is a powerful tool to give you a vivid visual representation of the way your life or work is currently, compared to what you’d ideally like it to be. Our professionally certified coaches can help you identify gaps in the wheel, and map out action plans to get you where you want or need to be.

Individual Sessions. One-hour sessions. On average, 6-8 sessions total. Coaching is weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on the goals & objectives of the agreement between the coach and client.

Small Group Coaching: On average: Between 2-10 people meet for four or five 1.5-hour sessions over a period of weeks or months. Great for a team learning a new policy, procedure or specific employment issue best explored as a group.
