I have been using Simply Lead Coaching services for approximately one year. I did not actively seek out assistance until I started to seriously look for another career path, and I knew I could not do it alone. Prior to interviewing for my current role, I went to Simply Lead Coaching and asked for guidance with interview preparation for the interview, as it has a potential for a leadership role. Melna coached me in preparing for the interviews and we plotted out my 90-day plan, if I were hired. I believe that the preparation was the reason that I was confident in the interview process, and was later offered the position.
My coaching did not stop once I was hired, and we continue to prepare for the management opportunity that is on the horizon. I recommend anyone who may be seeking another career path, or just assistance with the interview process, to consider Simply Lead Coaching as a tool for success. Leadership Career Transition Coaching
I reached out to Melna at Simply Lead Coaching when I decided I wanted to pursue a Management position. I was impressed as my entire thought process regarding interviewing was changed and I was able to feel confident and secure in my abilities as I went into the interview. I was no longer attempting to “memorize” what I wanted to say, but simply spoke from my experiences, and allowed my strengths to shine through. Thank you, Simply Lead Coaching, for your amazing abilities which allowed me to secure the leadership position I was hoping for. Leadership Coaching

In 2014, I may have been at my lowest point in terms of my professional career. I was in a position where I felt underappreciated and underutilized, and it was beginning to take a toll on my confidence and my outlook on myself. I was pondering new career paths, but I found that I did not have the energy to really get started on that road, nor did I really know what I wished to accomplish.
I was fortunate enough to work with Melna and her company, Simply Lead Coaching, and to say that she was a huge catalyst in where I am now is an understatement. She helped set up a road map to follow every day, whether it was to find something that I wanted to really do and look at ways to pursue it, or convincing me to re-apply myself in terms of higher education. She also was consistent with follow up meetings, checking in to see how my progress was coming along, and helping me push through in points where I did not know if I could move forward.
I don’t know where I’d be right now without Melna and Simply Lead Coaching, but it scares me to think about it. God blessed me with a wonderful coach at the time when I needed her the most, and I will gladly endorse and recommend her for any coaching job. She never took it easy on me, which I appreciated. Her professionalism always was at the forefront, and her wisdom still resonates. Career Development Coaching
